Job summary

Concorde Education partners with schools and community organizations to provide hands-on enrichment programs for elementary through high school students. We seek instructors from diverse backgrounds to lead engaging activities in STEM, arts, music, sports, and academics.

These are part-time, independent contractor opportunities with varying assignments, locations, and scheduling needs. Compensation starts at $50+ per instructional hour and will vary by factors such as location, experience, and

Qualifications

Experience working with youth in schools, camps, or community programs.
Ability to deliver age-appropriate instruction and manage a positive learning environment.
Strong professional communication with school personnel and Concorde Education.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, age-appropriate instruction.
Prepare for sessions using curriculum, lesson plans, or instructor-developed activities.
Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment.
Encourage student participation and adapt instruction across ages and experience levels.
Maintain student supervision and follow school safety procedures.
Communicate attendance, scheduling, and program needs with school staff and Concorde Education.
Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions.
