Job summary

LIFT Enrichment in Daly City is seeking a Chef Teacher to lead healthy culinary workshops in Title I schools. This seasonal, part-time role offers engaging afternoon sessions and the chance to inspire students through hands-on cooking.

You will work with groups of 15–20 students, bring culinary kits, and teach simple recipes from our curriculum, such as Black Bean Quesadillas and Crispy Chicken Tenders. Prior kitchen experience is welcome, but formal chef credentials are not required.

Qualifications

• Availability: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM, 2-3 days per week.
• Experience working with kids (e.g., summer camp counselor, teachers).
• Experience cooking (basic meals; no formal chef required).
• Reliable transportation.
• Lead groups of 15–20 students, transport culinary kits, and teach simple recipes from our curriculum.
