Job summary

Holy Cross Regional School is seeking a CARES Director to manage the after-school childcare program (3 PM–6 PM, Mon–Fri). The role is about 20 hours per week, with arrival ~2:00 PM to prepare for afternoon activities and ensure a smooth program for students.

The candidate will supervise staff, coordinate sign-in/out, communicate with parents via FACTS app, and handle basic supplies and snacks. A valid set of required clearances is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have all required clearances.
• Experience coordinating staff and communicating with parents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify scheduled students arrive at CARES and sign in/out via FACTS app.
• Supervise indoor/outdoor activities, homework time, and staff coordination.
• Schedule CARES staff according to availability and attendance.
• Submit staff timesheets and manage snack supplies.
• Coordinate communications with parents through the FACTS app.
