Qualifications

• Completion of an Aesthetician program focused on Wisconsin state licensure.
• Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
• Minimum of two years full-time (or 4,000 hours) in the target occupation; within five years prior to appointment.

Responsibilities

• Learning Facilitation: develop instructional strategies for diverse student needs and multiple delivery methods.
• Assessment: measure learning outcomes and provide regular feedback using data.
• Curriculum Development: update curriculum to be competency-based and aligned with employer expectations.
• Classroom Management: maintain attendance, grades, and a safe learning environment.
• Team Participation: engage in division, department and committee activities.
• Student Success & Support: advise students and collaborate with Student Services.
• Professional Development: pursue ongoing teaching skill development and compliance.
