Job Summary

Our part-time Aesthetic Nurse is responsible for delivering a variety of aesthetic treatments with exceptional skill and confidence, including facial aesthetic treatments, laser hair removal, and lab draws; delighting patients with exceptional customer service; supporting and participating in sales and marketing strategies; having up-to-date knowledge about Chapter products and services; and confidently educating patients on the benefits of Chapter products and services. This position is pivotal in achieving patient satisfaction, retention, and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have a significant impact on the ongoing success of Chapter Medical Aesthetic Clinic.

Essential Responsibilities

• Delivers on Chapter’s promise of extraordinary results, innovation, and safety by upholding all procedures and protocols and participating in advanced education specific to all regulatory agency and Chapter guidelines.
• Maintains accurate and timely written and photo documentation for each patient interaction.
• Upholds facility standards by ensuring all treatment rooms, devices, and supplies are organized and cleaned according to established procedures and protocols.
• Consistently meets and/or exceeds individual key performance metrics (i.e., revenue per hour, retail, rebook, retention goals) by following established consultation and retail systems.
• Educates all non-members on the benefits of Chapter membership and reinforces these benefits to current members.
• Ensures an 85%+ booked clinic schedule.
• Represents Chapter Purpose and Values in all circumstances.

Requirements/Qualifications

• 1+ years of aesthetic experience preferred.
• Education Level: Registered Nurse credential.
• Job-Related/Industry Experience: Licensed to practice in the state of the designated clinic.
• Superior interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated strong sales skills including active listening, effective presenting, and handling objections.
• Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, computer systems, and record-keeping.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
• Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.

Starting hourly rate $32+ depending on experience, plus eligibility for monthly incentives.
