Role Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time (8 hours/week) Nurse Practitioner passionate about women’s health and aesthetics for our Gilbert, AZ clinic. As the first aesthetics nurse practitioner, you will pilot our dermatology offerings, contributing to holistic care.

This role involves providing direct patient care and developing our aesthetic and dermatology services. The schedule is part-time, 8 hours/week (9:30 am - 6 pm), for a 6-month contract with potential renewal or extension. Hours and scope may grow over time.

About You

• You are motivated to elevate women’s care through shared decision-making.
• You believe women know their bodies best and are skilled in consultations and treatments.
• You are comfortable with technology.
• You are inclusive, sex-positive, and advocate for judgment-free healthcare.

Qualifications

• You are a board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Arizona with an unrestricted license.
• You have at least 2+ years of experience in aesthetic medical services, including neurotoxins.
• You are excited to educate and partner with patients on their journey.
• You prioritize patient safety.
• You are authorized to work in the US.

Additional Skills (Nice to Have)

• Diverse backgrounds and care experiences are valued.
• Training in trauma-informed care, LGBTQ health, hormone management, or integrative medicine is a plus.
