Job Summary

Part-Time Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner with 1+ years of aesthetic experience. This position is responsible for delivering a variety of aesthetic treatments with exceptional skill and confidence, including facial aesthetic treatments, laser hair removal, and lab draws. You will delight patients with exceptional customer service, support and participate in sales and marketing strategies, and stay up-to-date with Chapter products and services. Educate patients on the benefits of our offerings. Your role is crucial in achieving patient satisfaction, retention, and referrals, impacting the ongoing success of Chapter Medical Aesthetic Clinic.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide clinical resources, guidance, support, and direction for providers
• Mentor and coach provider staff for growth and development
• Lead by example, following all systems, processes, and protocols
• Deliver exceptional results, innovation, and safety by adhering to procedures and participating in advanced education
• Maintain accurate documentation for each patient interaction
• Ensure facility standards by organizing and cleaning treatment rooms, devices, and supplies
• Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as revenue, retail, rebookings, and retention
• Educate non-members on the benefits of Chapter membership and reinforce these benefits to current members
• Maintain a booked clinic schedule of 85% or more
• Represent Chapter's Purpose and Values in all circumstances

Requirements/Qualifications

• 3-5 years of aesthetic experience required
• Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner credential
• Licensed to practice in the state of the designated clinic
• Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong sales skills, including active listening, effective presenting, and objection handling
• Knowledge of modern office procedures, including telephone, computer systems, and record-keeping
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and achieve objectives without supervision
• Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems

Hourly rate starting at $55+ based on experience, with eligibility for monthly incentives.
