Job summary

CPP Clinics, in partnership with Renew You Medical Spa in Elk River, MN, is seeking an Advanced Aesthetician - Laser for a part-time role (20–25 hours/week) focused on facial treatments including HydraFacial, Microdermabrasion, peels, and laser services.

You will greet clients, take medical histories, maintain HIPAA compliance, educate on skincare, and develop personalized skin care plans while assisting with product recommendations.

Qualifications

• Maintain and renew valid state license.
• Continuing education on products and services.
• Excellent client rapport and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room clients.
• Take thorough medical and skin history.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Educate clients on skincare and services.
• Perform facials, HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, peels, extractions, dermaplaning (if trained), microneedling.
• Cross-refer to injectors for cosmetic procedures.
• Develop skin care plans and recommend products.
• Sanitize and maintain treatment room.
• Assist with product ordering and inventory.
