Hillsborough Community College is seeking a Student Life Assistant to provide administrative support to the Director of Student Activities and assist with campus and virtual events, marketing, and task coordination. The role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to manage deadlines while supporting student life activities.
The position is 25–28 hours per week with some weekends and flexible scheduling, reporting to the Student Life Coordinator.
Hiring Salary Range: $14.42 - $15.37 depending on qualifications.
The Student Life Assistant provides administrative support to the Director of Student Activities and supports student life activities, including but not limited to assisting with virtual and on campus activities and event registrations, marketing of events, overseeing student task deadlines and delegating tasks as needed. Assignments are typically technical or analytical, requiring specific skills and specialized knowledge.
25–28-hour work week.
Specific work hours to be agreed upon by the supervisor and employee prior to the onset of employment.
Some weekends possible. Flexible work schedule to accommodate events times.
