Ennoble Care seeks an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to deliver primary and palliative care in patients’ homes around Washington County, MD. The role offers flexible scheduling with autonomy and support from an in-house clinical team.
The ideal candidate is Board Certified with Maryland NP/PA credentials and 1–2 years of primary care experience, preferably with geriatric and hospice patients.

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care in home on a part time basis during the week in and around Washington County.
