Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking a quality-driven nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our post-acute care team in Greenville, North Carolina. This part-time role (2 days/week) offers autonomy, excellent training, and a strong earning potential in a fee-for-service model.

New graduates are welcome to apply and you will work with a multidisciplinary team, supported by a comprehensive onboarding program and ongoing clinical mentorship within a leading post-acute medicine network.

Qualifications

• NP or PA license valid in North Carolina and DEA certification.
• Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including histories and physical exams.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations.
