Job summary

You will round in skilled nursing facilities, with comprehensive onboarding and mentorship, and the opportunity to impact patient care in meaningful ways.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, deliver high-quality clinical care, and have earning potential with a fee-for-service model and no cap on productivity.

Qualifications

• NP or PA license in NC and DEA registration.
• Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic settings preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong clinical foundation and regulatory knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including histories and exams.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff and other professionals.
• Educate patients and families on health management and prevention.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
