The Part-Time Evening HSE Adult Education Teacher is responsible for providing instruction to adult learners in language arts, mathematical reasoning, social studies, and science. The goal of instruction is to help students achieve measurable skill gains and earn a state-issued High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma, empowering them to pursue expanded career opportunities and support their familys educational development.
Physical Ability: Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting; ability to move around the classroom to assist students.
Lifting: Occasional lifting and carrying of instructional materials and technology up to 15 lbs.
Visual & Fine Motor: Daily operation of standard classroom technology (computers, interactive displays, document cameras).
