Job summary

Grace Community Care & Homes is developing its Adult Day Programs department and seeks an Adult Day Program Administrator. The role will contribute to person-centered services, reliable operations and accurate documentation.

This is a part-time role in New Jersey with on-site or community assignments as applicable. Start date and duties are contingent on program approvals, funding, credentialing and staffing readiness. The final assignment and weekly schedule will be discussed during hiring.

Qualifications

• Adult day or comparable program leadership experience.
• Applicants should provide credentials, experience, availability and a resume.
• Final regulatory eligibility will be verified before appointment or service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop program operations, staffing, admission workflows, policies, facility readiness and participant experience; coordinate the distinct medical and social day service requirements.
• Work collaboratively with department leadership, intake, credentialing, billing and quality teams.
• Maintain confidentiality, respect participant choice, communicate service gaps promptly, and follow role-specific policies and professional scope.
