Penn State University is seeking a Part-Time Admissions Specialist to support recruitment activities, coordinate events, and communicate with prospective students and families. The role involves on-campus and virtual events, emphasizing outstanding customer service and teamwork.
You will work with Admissions Officers, faculty, and advisers, coordinating schedules, preparing materials, and attending events to represent the University professionally.

The Part-Time Admissions Specialist helps coordinate recruitment activities, support admissions events, and communicate with prospective students and families. This position contributes to recruitment efforts, provides strong customer service, collaborates with campus partners, and stays current on University programs and policies.
Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR).
