Job summary

Manchester Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an organized Admissions and Concierge Coordinator to support the admissions process and provide an exceptional experience for residents and families. This part-time, administrative role focuses on admissions paperwork, tours, and coordination across departments.

Qualifications

• Must have an associates degree preferred or higher; high school diploma required.
• Experience in administrative, admissions, or healthcare support is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and professional presentation.
• Demonstrates ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete admission agreements and documentation with residents and families.
• Provide facility tours to prospective residents, families, and partners.
• Welcome new residents and orient them to the facility and services.
• Coordinate arrival details with nursing, social services, and departments.
• Maintain admission records and HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.
• Support census development and facility marketing activities as assigned.
• Serve as a point of contact for admission inquiries and referrals.
• Assist with referral intake, insurance information, and room assignments.
