Position: Part-Time Administrative Specialist II
The City of Enumclaw, Washington, has a job opening for a Part-Time Administrative Specialist II.
This is a union, non-exempt, part-time position.
Schedule: Tentatively, Monday 7:30 am - 4 pm; Wednesday 9:30 am - 4 pm; Friday 9:30 am - 4 pm.
Salary Range: $32.58 - $39.62 per hour.
Under the supervision of the Public Works Administrative Manager, this role acts as a liaison, providing services and information, answering questions, and resolving customer issues efficiently and accurately. The position also provides clerical support across divisions, covers and assists all public works administrative positions, and handles calls and emails related to facilities, water, sewer, streets, gas, solid waste, and stormwater, including responding to locate requests and maintaining programs/system data.
