We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support key operational tasks on a part-time, contractor basis (15–20 hours per week). The role is mainly focused on mail management and bank deposit operations, helping ensure the smooth daily functioning of the office.

You Will Be Responsible For

Check Deposits (10%):

Physically depositing client checks at the bank.

Strictly following internal procedures and respecting deadlines.

Mail Management (90%):

Managing all incoming and outgoing mail (internal and external).

Sorting, scanning, distributing, and routing mail to the correct recipients.

Ensuring mail is processed with high accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

Profile We’re Looking For:

Highly organized and dependable.

Comfortable handling sensitive or confidential information.

Able to follow procedures meticulously and manage repetitive tasks with attention to detail.

Good communication skills, able to coordinate smoothly with internal teams.

Proactive and autonomous — able to manage tasks without daily micromanagement.

Based in New York (to handle in-person tasks like bank deposits and mail handling).

Prior experience in an administrative, office assistant, or operational support role is a plus.

Knowledge of French is a plus.
