Job summary

Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District seeks part-time instructors to join the Administration of Justice pool at Grossmont College. This pool supports classroom instruction, student assessment, curriculum implementation, and advising across varying assignments.

Starting salary range is $70.84 - $86.11 per hour (Class II to Class VI on the Adjunct, Overload and Substitute Salary Schedule). Anticipated start date is Fall 2026; work hours vary based on assignment and departmental needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject plus two years of experience in Administration of Justice OR
• An associate degree in any subject plus six years of experience in Administration of Justice OR
• The equivalent qualification as approved by the District.

Responsibilities

• Support advancement of the college and District visions, missions, and values.
• Fulfill classroom assignment responsibilities, evaluate students, and contribute to curriculum and advising.
• Engage in professional development and fulfill any assignment-specific needs.
