Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District seeks part-time instructors to join the Administration of Justice pool at Grossmont College. This pool supports classroom instruction, student assessment, curriculum implementation, and advising across varying assignments.

Starting salary range is $70.84 - $86.11 per hour (Class II to Class VI on the Adjunct, Overload and Substitute Salary Schedule). Anticipated start date is Fall 2026; work hours vary based on assignment and departmental needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject plus two years of experience in Administration of Justice OR
• An associate degree in any subject plus six years of experience in Administration of Justice OR
• The equivalent qualification as approved by the District.

SUMMARY

Under administrative leadership, it is the responsibility of part time faculty to perform tasks which support advancement of the visions, missions, and values of the colleges and District. Part time faculty have responsibilities in regards to their classroom assignment, evaluation of students, curriculum, student advising, professional development, and any assignment-specific needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
