Qualifications

• Qualified faculty meets the education component through one of two routes: 5 years related work experience linked to COR competencies, or Workplace Specialist License with COR credentials.
• Facilities instruction in Homeland Security/Public Safety with adherence to FERPA and college policies.
• Ability to promote a respectful, inclusive environment reflecting diverse student backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned classes in accordance with college policy and course objectives.
• Utilize available technology to enhance instruction.
• Adjust lesson plans, assignments, and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate student records and grades.
• Engage with students regularly and professionally to foster learning.
• Adhere to FERPA and professional standards.
