Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers in Tyler, TX is seeking a part-time or PRN physician (MD/DO) to evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic. The role requires an active Texas medical license, a DEA registration, and board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Practice, or Psychiatry.

• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Practice, or Psychiatry.
• Two years of experience in addiction medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings.
• Prescribe medications and complete medical documentation according to standards.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and refer to other medical services as needed.
• Provide injections if needed and participate in program growth on a part-time basis.
