Lifepoint Health is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist at Centerpoint Health‑Versailles in Versailles, KY. The role supports 24 hours per week in Swing Bed and Outpatient settings, delivering high-quality physical therapy under established plans.

The position requires a BS in Physical Therapy, active licensure in Kentucky, and BCLS certification. You will supervise PTAs and coordinate care, with an emphasis on patient education and functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (Physical Therapy).
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice.
• BCLS certified.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients per medically prescribed physical therapy plans.
• Designs and implements individualized programs to restore function and prevent disability; provides patient/family education.
• Supervises physical therapist assistants, students, and aides in delivering care.
• Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition and functional status.
• Develops and updates an individualized plan of care with patient goals and capabilities.
