Fairmount Homes, Inc in Ephrata, PA seeks a Part-Time Activity Aide to join our Activities Team and bring joy, purpose, and meaningful connection to residents.

You'll lead and assist with group and one-on-one activities, encourage participation in music, games, crafts, and social events, and build relationships to enhance quality of life for older adults. 4:00 PM–8:00 PM shifts, every other weekend, with some PRN opportunities.

Whether it’s music, games, conversation, or creative activities, your presence will help foster a sense of community, belonging, and delight.

Activity Aide Schedule & Pay

• Hours: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Schedule: Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
• Additional PRN (as needed) opportunities available
• Pay: $18.60 – $20.10/hour
