Job summary

Fairmount Homes Inc in Ephrata, PA, seeks an Activity Aide to support residents with engaging, meaningful activities and companionship. You’ll lead group and one-on-one sessions, plan music, crafts, games, and social events that foster joy and belonging.

The role is part-time with evening hours (4:00 PM–8:00 PM) on weekends; pay ranges from $18.60 to $20.10 per hour, plus a weekend differential. Prior experience with older adults is preferred.

Join our Activities Team at Fairmount Homes and help bring joy, purpose, and meaningful connection to the lives of older adults. As an Activity Aide, you’ll play a special role in creating engaging experiences that brighten each day for our residents.

Whether it’s music, games, conversation, or creative activities, your presence will help foster a sense of community, belonging, and delight.

Activity Aide Schedule & Pay

• Hours: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Schedule: Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
• Additional PRN (as needed) opportunities available
• Pay: $18.60 – $20.10/hour
• Weekend Differential: + $1.25/hour
