Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate activity programs.
• Observe resident attendance, behavior, and involvement.
• Encourage resident participation.
• Transport residents to and from activities.
• Assist in discharge planning and activity care plans.
• Interview residents or family members for activity information.
• Coordinate activities with other departments.
• Perform administrative duties and complete forms and reports.
