• Assists with program content aligned to residents' capabilities, needs and interests.
• Encourages residents to develop leisure activities.
• Accompanies residents on outings to enjoy recreational resources.
• Serves refreshments that meet dietary requirements of residents.
• Helps set up tools and aids for activities.
