Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to cultivate an authentic selling environment.
• Meet or exceed store and individual sales goals daily.
• Assist in maintaining store appearance and housekeeping.
• Efficient cash handling and merchandise operations.
• Resolve customer concerns with a positive resolution; partner with leadership on escalations.
• Adopt new technologies and understand how tech enhances customer experience (Shopify knowledge a plus).
• Build relationships and foster a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with store team and Home Office partners on community engagement.
