Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass company-offered First Aid and Defibrillator courses.
• Must have a valid driver license.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather information on observations and report in writing.
• Communicate with property owners courteously and confidentially.
• Work special events and fill in as needed.
• Follow Access Control policies and training.
• Respond to emergency calls and alarms.
• Ensure facilities are secured according to schedules.
