Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property representatives by carrying out security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations following procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of building areas, entrances, parking, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and communicate unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear incident reports and daily activity logs; maintain professional communication.
