Qualifications

• Employment verification back to age 18.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• May be required to perform emergency duties with physical exertion (standing/walking, stairs, lifting up to 75 lbs, running).

Responsibilities

• Greet and verify drivers, request and scan driver licenses.
• Ensure drivers/vehicles are on site schedule before proceeding.
• Follow SOPs to reconcile conflicts or refuse non-scheduled vehicles.
• Coordinate with other agencies and law enforcement at the site as needed.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts in field using SOPs and coordination with tenants and drivers.
• Communicate with stakeholders and site staff to resolve conflicts in the North Bound area.
