Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor sign-in procedures.
• Screen incoming and outgoing vehicles, deliveries, and personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents and escalations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, business areas, and parking areas.
