Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to operate a computer or tablet with confidence.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background checks and drug screening as part of hire process.
• A valid driver’s license only required for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while executing site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and manage visitor and contractor access.
• Maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and delivery records and report concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents following security protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeter to deter misuses.
