Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Access Control Records in Wilmington, CA. You will monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor logs while delivering customer service in a security-conscious environment.

The role requires at least one year of security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferred Guard Card/license. Shifts are day and night with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year security-related experience.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, maintain visitor logs.
• Control access to logistics areas and report unauthorized access.
• Respond calmly to incidents and communicate with leadership or responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of facility and perimeter and report security concerns.
