Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen to comply with laws.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, manage visitor records, and control entry/exit of personnel.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns calmly and coordinate with site contacts or emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document daily activities and access-control exceptions accurately per site procedures.
