Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by managing access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points and verify access.
• Respond to incidents calmly and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular patrols of retail areas and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Log and report access-control concerns and incidents using required documentation and procedures.
