Qualifications

Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background check as per federal, state and local laws.
Background histories considered in compliance with laws.
Drug screen as permitted by law.
Licensing requirements per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following access-control procedures.
Monitor entry/exit points and verify authorized access; log visitors and contractors.
Respond to incidents calmly and communicate with site contacts and responders.
Conduct regular/patrols of retail areas and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
Report access-control concerns and incidents using required documentation.
