Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing depends on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors at a tech/telecom location by following security procedures.
• Monitor and manage access control systems, verify credentials, issue or collect visitor badges, maintain logs.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and incidents calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, business areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Communicate professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership about incidents and shifts.
