Job summary

Allied Universal® in Pontiac, MI is hiring a Security Officer Access Screening to safeguard clients across tech, media, and other sectors. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor activity, and provide exceptional customer service.

This full-time role requires being 18+ (21+ for armed) and a high school diploma, plus ability to pass background checks and drug screening. Valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by following security procedures and site policies.
• Manage access control by verifying credentials, monitoring entry/exit, maintaining visitor records.
• Monitor security systems (alarms, cameras) and report irregularities.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized access.
