Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Access Point Attendant in Denver, PA to monitor entry points, verify credentials, and provide courteous customer service. You will help deter incidents, document activities, and respond to security concerns while maintaining a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

The role involves part-time shifts, with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour. Eligible candidates should be 18+ for unarmed roles, possess a high school diploma, and be able to use computers

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and customers while following site procedures.
• Monitor entrances and verify credentials at access points.
• Maintain visitor, contractor, and incident documentation per site policy.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of the retail location and perimeter.
