Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen is required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out access-control procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate observations to site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas, entrances, parking areas, perimeter locations, and restricted zones.
• Follow procedures for contractor check-in, delivery access, key/badge control, and escalation of unusual activity.
