Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and driver credentials, and control access to restricted areas.
• Inspect inbound and outbound vehicles and report discrepancies or unauthorized access attempts.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, notifying appropriate contacts and emergency services.
• Conduct patrols of the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
