Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Security Officer (Access Control) in Milwaukee, WI. You will safeguard clients, monitor access, patrol areas, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional presence at a commercial real estate site.

The role offers flexible schedules, on-site work, and a pathway to broader opportunities within Allied Universal’s security team. Prior security experience and badge control are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking areas, access points, and perimeters.
• Monitor access to the property and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery entry procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and document activities.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports while maintaining a professional presence.
