Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out access-control procedures.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points at a construction location, verifying authorized access and maintaining visitor/contractor records.
• Inspect credentials, coordinate with site contacts regarding access permissions, and report unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents calmly following security procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points and work areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points at a construction location, verifying authorized access and maintaining required visitor, contractor, and delivery records.
• Inspect credentials, coordinate with site contacts regarding access permissions, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, work areas, staging areas, and the perimeter.
