Job summary

Brightmont Academy in the United States is seeking a Part Time Academic Success Coach to provide one-to-one instruction and supervise the Homework Studio, helping students stay on task and achieve their goals.

This role offers a flexible schedule, no lesson planning or outside work, and an hourly wage of $22-24. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s in a relevant subject and demonstrate patience, empathy, and strong classroom communication.

• A Heart for Teaching: A genuine passion to share your subject with the next generation.
• Proficiency using G-Suite and Learning Management Software (LMS).
• Ability to provide fingerprints (AZ, WA, only) and pass a federal background check.

Part Time Academic Success Coach

With 27 campuses across the country, we create a personalized, nurturing learning environment where each student thrives.

The Homework Studio is independent learning time to supplement time spent in one-to-one instruction sessions where students have access to computers and a quiet work area. This supervised study lab offers the opportunity for students to complete coursework-related assignments, practice good study habits and build executive function skills, and/or sit for exams. The Homework Studio coach is responsible for overseeing students in Homework Studio and for motivating them to complete tasks.
