Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking part-time staff to provide one-on-one ABA services to children in home or community settings in Kansas. Prior ABA experience is not required as paid training is provided and ongoing supervision is available.

The role offers afternoon/evening hours, flexibility, and opportunities to grow within the ABA field for those passionate about helping children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion with the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
