Job summary

No ABA experience is required—training is provided. A high school diploma and a genuine passion for helping children are essential, with a chance to grow in a thriving ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patient, compassionate and able to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
