Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, part of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy to youth in Springfield, IL. Training to become a Registered Behavior Technician will be provided.

The role emphasizes 1:1 sessions and data-driven progress in a supportive team. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will help implement goals, track progress, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

RBT certification preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum two years' experience with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance.
Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Implement ABA driven programs for youth in homes and community settings.
Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Operate under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
Provide progress feedback to supervisor with data-driven updates.
Support teaching of communication, self-help and social-skills goals.
Track client progress and program data; adhere to company policies.
Maintain patient confidentiality and safeguard information.
