Job summary

HeartlandBehavior is seeking caring individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community locations. This part-time role offers afternoon or evening hours and comprehensive paid training to start your journey in ABA.

No prior ABA experience is required; candidates will receive thorough training and ongoing support from the clinical team to help make a meaningful difference for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Patience and compassion are essential for working with children with Autism.
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a key member of the clinical team, implementing skills and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to improve treatment effectiveness.
