Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking individuals to join our ABA team, providing one-on-one services to children with autism in clients' homes or community settings. Prior ABA experience isn’t required as training is provided and supervision is available.

Positions begin part-time with afternoon or evening hours, offering entry into the psychology field and real-world experience in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidenced-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.
